The Witch’s Demon (Delsin Chronicles Book 1) by Bella Bentz
Once I started, I couldn’t stop!
**Presented with an ARC from the author via BookSprout in exchange for an honest review.**
Bella Benz has a way of drawing you into her web, casting you into the story as you become the character, seeing through their eyes even as you are watching them from a distance. To see Delsin, the time web holding him, guiding him, spurning him on as he moves from one memory to the next is as enthralling as it is fascinating.
There were times when I had to put this book down—not by choice mind you, but because I don’t have a third hand and I’m not foolish enough to cut up meat for dinner and not pay attention to what I’m doing—but at the very second I could, I picked it back up, devouring every word. The story between Lilith and Delsin unfolded in a way that was at once both organic and wholly unexpected. I cannot recommend this book enough!!
If you love Stephanie Rowe, Mary Fan, Megan Blackwood, A.D. Winter, or Jessica Feyden, you will devour this book the same as I did.
