Heart Stone

Tanzaa is slated to become one of the King's many wives. She soon discovers the reason; the king covets her untapped gifts of magic. But she is in love with Dayvian, a simple musician, who captured her heart. Then Rashel, one of the Wise Ones, tells them that Dayvian is to be one of their magical order, and their lives take a drastic turn. They will not be able to be together, even if they escape the king. Pursued by forces both natural and unnatural, they flee the court and seek a Heart Stone, the artifact that will fulfill Dayvian's destiny. Against all odds, their talents must make up for the magic of the Heart Stone the couple abandoned out of love.
