Last Goodbye

On a cool spring evening in 1995 high school senior Abigail Price, an otherwise healthy girl, would suffer a seizure that would put her on a path to discover a love she never knew existed.

In the moments before star quarterback Jonathan Higgins succumbed to brain cancer, he described, in detail, a beautiful girl he knew was meant to be his one true love to his best friend Thomas. These stories seemed insignificant until the late fall day when Thomas saw her on his college campus. She, Abigail was exactly as his friend had described. Only now she was dating Nathan Ryan, the freshman quarterback. It appeared to Thomas that Abigail was now living the life she should have experienced with his best friend. Struggling deeply with the loss of Jonathan, Thomas decided he would make it his mission to make her aware of a love she knew nothing about, but needed too. Abigail would soon realize that her seizure was connected to Jonathan’s death and this discovery would lead her to push away the one person in her life that loved her, Nathan.
