Things Fall Apart was one of the famous literary works of a Nigerian renowned writer Chinua Achebe. The novel exudes all shades of ironic and proverbial meanings but with clear and comprehensible strong messages. Although the book was first published in 1958, I still feel like it's my first time anytime I'm reading the book. I love the way the writer projects the height of his lead characters in his books. Okonkwo's character was really an interesting one. He'll pull you in with every inch of suspense and leave you to wallow in awe at the end. I just love me some Old novels that are mostly about african culture.

I'm interested in reading this one - I'd like to read more African literature. Do you have any other recommendations?

I have also read: Half of a yellow sun, Purple Hibiscus, and Americanah. It's a book written by Chimamanda Ngozie Adichie. I love that Lady. I can't wait for her new book. In fact, I think I should pin those books here too
