Chrystyna Lucyk-Berger lives in western Austria, where she has discovered her love for writing historical fiction. Born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, she has worked as a journalist, as a magazine editor, published travel narratives and has won awards for her short stories, flash fiction and novels. Her series, The Reschen Valley, has recently been awarded the Coffee Pot Book Club Book Award for 2019.
